Subnet Stake Flow

Fetch net stake flow for one subnet over a recent window: total TAO staked (StakeAdded) vs unstaked (StakeRemoved), the net flow, and the stake/unstake event counts, summed live from the account_events stream. ?direction=all|in|out filters to inflow (StakeAdded) or outflow (StakeRemoved) only; omitted defaults to all. Windows (7d/30d/90d) are bounded by the account_events retention.
