Subnet Deregistrations

Fetch neuron-deregistration activity for one subnet over a 7d or 30d window: the distinct deregistered hotkeys, the NeuronDeregistered event count, and the average deregistrations per hotkey, DERIVED from UID reuse in the NeuronRegistered stream (NeuronDeregistered has never been emitted by the runtime). Raw deregistration/eviction activity — the exit-side companion to the NeuronRegistered demand in GET /api/v1/subnets/{netuid}/registrations and the account_events companion to the neuron_daily churn in GET /api/v1/subnets/{netuid}/turnover (net snapshot change, not raw event volume). The card carries a derivation block stating how many window registrations had no observable previous holder, and a degraded block when nothing derived it.

The subnet's numeric id on the Bittensor network, as used by the chain itself.

Trailing lookback window the response is computed over, ending at the most recent data point rather than at today. Accepts 7d, 30d. A longer window is not a superset of a shorter one -- rankings and rates are recomputed over the whole window, not summed.
