Subnet Prometheus

Fetch Prometheus-endpoint serving activity for one subnet over a 7d or 30d window: the distinct exporters (hotkeys), the PrometheusServed event count, and the average announcements per exporter, read from the account_events PrometheusServed stream. A successfully read quiet window returns measured zeros; an unavailable source carries degraded.reason=unavailable. The per-subnet drill-in of GET /api/v1/chain/prometheus (which ranks only the top-N subnets and cannot be queried by netuid) and the telemetry-endpoint sibling of GET /api/v1/subnets/{netuid}/serving (axon endpoints).
Path Parameters
The subnet's numeric id on the Bittensor network, as used by the chain itself.

Trailing lookback window the response is computed over, ending at the most recent data point rather than at today. Accepts 7d, 30d. A longer window is not a superset of a shorter one -- rankings and rates are recomputed over the whole window, not summed.
