Domain Summary

Fetch one domain/capability tag's own rollup: member subnet count, total stake, total emission share, and within-domain emission concentration. tag must be one of the 14 fixed domain tags (the same enum ?domain= validates on /api/v1/subnets). Computed live from the subnets index + economics tier (no static file).
