Subnet Metagraph

Fetch the per-UID metagraph (stake, trust, consensus, incentive, dividends, emission, validator_permit, rank, axon) for one subnet, computed live from the neurons store. Add ?validator_permit=true for validators only. Narrow each row to the columns you need with ?fields=uid,hotkey — a comma-separated list of Neuron field names, validated against the published Neuron schema; an unsupported name is a 400. The full response is 256 rows x 17 fields (~95 KB on subnet 1), and ?fields=uid,hotkey is ~18 KB. CSV keeps its own fixed column set.

Comma-separated allow-list projecting the response's primary row collection down to just these fields. A response carrying several collections projects only the primary one -- the others keep their full shape. An unrecognised field is a 400 invalid_query naming both the field and the collection it was resolved against, rather than being ignored.
