Fetch network-wide emission-yield (return rate) aggregated across all subnets' neurons: the aggregate network return (total emission / total stake), the same split by validator vs miner role, and the count/mean/median/min/max plus p10–p90 spread of the per-neuron emission/stake return, computed live from the neurons D1 tier; schema-stable nulls when cold.
