Chain Identity History

Fetch the network-wide recent subnet-identity-change feed (newest first) aggregated across all subnets: the most-recent SubnetIdentitiesV3 changes, each carrying the netuid it belongs to plus the same tracked identity fields as the per-subnet identity-history route, capped to ?limit (default 50, max 200) and reporting the distinct subnet_count the feed spans, computed from the frozen lakehouse export of subnet_identity_history; schema-stable empty feed when cold.
Query Parameters
Maximum number of rows to return in one page (at most 200). A larger value, or a non-positive one, is rejected with 400 invalid_query -- so a short page means the result set is exhausted, not that the server quietly capped you (#9916). Omitted, the server applies 50.
