Fetch the extrinsic call-mix breakdown (count + share per call_module, or call_module/call_function with group_by=module_function) over a 7d or 30d window, optionally scoped to one pallet with ?call_module=. When scoped, total_extrinsics and share use the scoped module denominator. Computed live from the first-party extrinsics D1 tier (#1989); schema-stable call_count:0/calls:[] when cold.
