Fetch a wallet's cross-subnet neuron portfolio: each position's economics (stake, emission, rank, trust, incentive, dividends, role) and yield, plus aggregates (totals, subnet/validator counts, overall return, stake concentration). Richer than /subnets; computed live from the neurons D1 tier.
